SPIRT’s Promise to Our Client

As your inves­ti­ga­tors, we promise to treat your case with the utmost respect and pro­fes­sion­al­ism.  We will lis­ten to all of your claims with the ear of a believer and not dis­miss any­thing out of hand.  All inves­ti­ga­tions will be give the same cour­te­sies and extreme atten­tion to detail that they deserve.  All evi­dence is reviewed with the strongest atten­tion to detail, lest we miss that one crit­i­cal piece that you need.

We promise to respect your pri­vacy.  We will never reveal your name or loca­tion to any­one.  Only evi­dence which has been cleared by the home­owner will be posted on the web­site, and only for research pur­poses — never for mon­e­tary gain.  No client story shall be retrans­mit­ted in any for­mat not first cleared by the client.

We promise to treat both the loca­tion and client with the dig­nity and respect they deserve.  We will not van­dal­ize or dam­age any loca­tion we’re given access to.  We promise to be as incon­spic­u­ous as pos­si­ble, when on the loca­tion or dur­ing the inter­view process.  We will not research the loca­tion with­out home­owner con­sent and will col­lect no inter­views with­out client consent.

We promise to make you feel com­forable both with the inves­ti­ga­tion, the process and the group who comes out to your loca­tion. We promise to bring in only our trained inves­ti­ga­tors who have been through the equip­ment train­ing process.  All of our team will be badged and iden­ti­fied prior to entry to the prop­erty for your piece of mind. 

We promise to do every­thing in our power to help you with your para­nor­mal prob­lems, to treat you with the respect you deserve and to do our best inves­ti­ga­tion pos­si­ble.  We know there are a lot of groups out there, and we appre­ci­ate you choos­ing ours.
