SPIRT’s Promise to Our Client

As your investigators, we promise to treat your case with the utmost respect and professionalism.  We will listen to all of your claims with the ear of a believer and not dismiss anything out of hand.  All investigations will be give the same courtesies and extreme attention to detail that they deserve.  All evidence is reviewed with the strongest attention to detail, lest we miss that one critical piece that you need.

We promise to respect your privacy.  We will never reveal your name or location to anyone.  Only evidence which has been cleared by the homeowner will be posted on the website, and only for research purposes – never for monetary gain.  No client story shall be retransmitted in any format not first cleared by the client.

We promise to treat both the location and client with the dignity and respect they deserve.  We will not vandalize or damage any location we’re given access to.  We promise to be as inconspicuous as possible, when on the location or during the interview process.  We will not research the location without homeowner consent and will collect no interviews without client consent.

We promise to make you feel comforable both with the investigation, the process and the group who comes out to your location. We promise to bring in only our trained investigators who have been through the equipment training process.  All of our team will be badged and identified prior to entry to the property for your piece of mind. 

We promise to do everything in our power to help you with your paranormal problems, to treat you with the respect you deserve and to do our best investigation possible.  We know there are a lot of groups out there, and we appreciate you choosing ours.
